Futuru Diak: an innovative approach for better futures

Futuru Diak means Better Future! This award winning women economic empowerment program brings specialized training, mentoring and access to innovative livelihoods to over 2000 women that are becoming masters of their own destiny.

Empreza Diak works across the country with vulnerable women, community groups, institutions and governmental partners. See where we are here. Our partners live in remote communities, mostly in subsistence economy. Be inspired by their stories and how Futuru Diak is building self-confidence, strengthening groups and communities and helping to generate income (in a country where the median per capita monthly income is $40).

Sentru Futuru Diak – Promoting Gender Equality & Advocacy

Sentru Futuru Diak means Good Future Center and is a hub to promote Gender Equality and advocate for Women Empowerment. This unique center has a resource and training facility for women and partners.

Empreza Diak’s training helped me to understand that I had to make different products and promote my work. There are a few tailors and sewers in town, but everyone is making school uniforms. I now make repairs and have just started making bags that no one else is doing so I am getting more clients
